About the Role

As Business Manager, you will take ownership of sales growth, industry relationships, and overall business performance, with a strong focus on expanding Safety Dave's footprint within the caravan industry & forge into new industry's.

You'll work closely with dealers, workshops, and key industry partners while leading internal teams to deliver strong commercial results.

• Driving business growth across the caravan industry

• Building strong relationships with caravan dealers, manufacturers & partners

• Expanding distribution channels and national reach

• Leading sales strategy, performance, and profitability

• Identifying new product opportunities aligned to market demand

• Representing Safety Dave at industry events and trade shows

• Overseeing day-to-day business operations and performance

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team

About You

• Proven experience in a Business Manager / Operations / Commercial role

• Strong understanding of the caravan, towing, automotive, or RV industry

• A track record of growing sales and building strong business relationships

• Commercially astute with the ability to drive profitability

• Confident leader who can motivate and develop a team

• Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven

• Passion for the caravan / outdoor lifestyle industry (highly regarded)
