Electrical Assembler – Jayco (Dandenong South)

About the Role

This is a high-paced, hands-on production role focused on electrical assembly within our caravans. You’ll be working on electrical systems inside our vans in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.

You’ll be completing tasks such as:

• General 12V and 48V wiring and electrical assembly

• Rough-in of cables and harnesses

• Installing electrical components and fittings

• Following diagrams and work instructions

• Working safely in a fast-paced production environment

Electrical wiring experience is required — no electrical licence needed.

Working Hours

• Day shift: 6:30am – 3:20pm

• 9-day fortnight – work an extra hour per day to enjoy an RDO every second Friday

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with electrical wiring or electrical assembly (essential)

• Ability to follow instructions and work safely

• Good attention to detail

• Reliable, positive, and team-focused

• Experience in automotive, RV, marine, solar, or manufacturing is a bonus
