Fleet Scheduler – Bairnsdale

Join Dyers Distribution, a trusted family-owned transport company established in 1932. We’re seeking an experienced Fleet Scheduler to coordinate and manage our fleet of single and B-double trucks across Victoria and NSW.

This is a dayshift role (6am start) on a 4 days on / 4 days off rotating roster or a full time position shared with another controller. We offer an excellent salary package.

What you’ll do:

• Schedule vehicles safely and efficiently

• Ensure loading and delivery windows are met

• Lead, mentor and support drivers

• Promote safety and compliance with CoR requirements

• Oversee daily reporting and support continuous improvement

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in transport, distribution or 3PL

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

• Sound geographic knowledge of Melbourne and Eastern Victoria

• Forklift licence and HC or MC licence

The successful applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening and Company inductions.
