You can be based in Ballarat, Bendigo, Shepparton, Echuca or surrounding areas, what matters most is your experience, independence and love of getting out and about.

Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for autonomy, flexibility, and the support of a fully maintained company vehicle? We’re seeking a confident and capable professional to manage an established portfolio, that would differ based on your location.

This is an end-to-end property management role, offering flexibility to work from home while staying connected to a supportive team. Must be confident & comfortable with a lot of driving.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing a residential portfolio end-to-end

• Leasing, tenant screening and onboarding

• Routine inspections and condition reports

• Maintenance coordination and contractor management

• Rental arrears management

• Tribunal preparation and attendance (as required)

• Owner communication and portfolio growth opportunities

Travel to Bairnsdale and Melbourne will be required periodically, with a fully maintained company car provided for work use.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in end-to-end property management

• VIC Agent’s Representative Certificate (or higher qualification)

• Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (VIC)

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively

• Current driver’s licence
