The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate previous success in:

• Leading automotive sales teams to customer experience, volume and profitability success with a strong adherence to process.

• Expert management of sales process, lead management and driving a high-performance sales team culture.

• Ability to ensure timely and organised vehicle stock flow, vehicle display quality and online marketing presence.
