For over 50 years, Jayco has helped Australians and New Zealanders turn their travel dreams into reality. We’re now looking for enthusiastic Part‑Time Sales Consultants to represent Jayco at caravan shows across Australia and New Zealand. These events run throughout the year and require availability on both weekdays and weekends.

What You Bring

Proven sales experience (caravan or motorhome industry experience is a bonus)
A love for caravans, motorhomes, and the outdoor lifestyle
Strong communication and negotiation skills
The ability to listen, understand customer needs, and create memorable experiences
Confidence in building and maintaining customer relationships
A willingness to learn new products, technologies, and sales tools
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Consultant at caravan shows, you’ll help customers find the perfect Jayco RV while representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your responsibilities include:
Meeting sales targets and contributing to event success
Generating enquiries and converting leads into sales
Delivering outstanding customer service at every interaction
Working closely with Jayco staff, dealers, and event partners
Maintaining strong product knowledge across the Jayco range and broader RV industry
