We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Function Coordinator and Property Team Member 

The Function Coordinator and Property Team member is primarily responsible for assisting with the organisation of College events to ensure the operational planning and delivery of all aspects of the events , including venues, catering, event presentations, set up strategies, resource allocation and logistics is undertaken to , deliver events that enhance the reputation of the College.

The Function Coordinator and Property Team member must have excellent organisational skills and demonstrate high communication skills, with the ability to liaise with staff, suppliers and contractors.

Position details 

  • This is a fulltime, permanent position
  • Working Monday to Friday, 7.00 am to 3.06 pm 
  • Commencing as soon as possible or by negotiation 
  • This position is a multi-campus role
  • This position requires a current employee WWCC and police check (issued within the last 3 months) 
  • This position is entitled to 4 weeks annual leave (with the option to purchase an additional 2 weeks) - you are required to work during the school holidays

Key responsibilities 

  • Coordinate and support functions and events across the College
  • Maintain and restock consumables for campuses and staff areas
  • Assist with general maintenance, cleaning, and grounds upkeep
  • Prepare facilities and spaces for events with the Property team
  • Respond to on-call issues and emergency situations as required
