We're Hiring: Plumbing Supervisor – Maintenance Plumbing (Residential & Commercial)

Are you an experienced Plumbing Supervisor looking to take the next step in your career? Twin Electrics & Plumbing is seeking a skilled and motivated professional to lead our maintenance plumbing team, servicing both residential and commercial clients across Melbourne.

About the Role

In this supervisory position, you will:

• Assisting the Plumbing Manager with day-to-day operational tasks

• Oversee maintenance plumbing operations and job flow

• Coordinate and support a team of experienced plumbers

• Ensure high standards of workmanship and customer service

• Liaise with clients, property managers and internal teams to deliver efficient solutions

• Manage scheduling, job allocation, and reporting

• Contribute to team training and compliance with safety regulations

• A minimum of 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience is required

What We're Looking For

• Licensed plumber with VBA registration

• Type-A Gas Service accreditation is highly advantageous

• Proven experience in maintenance plumbing (residential and commercial)

• A minimum of 8+ years of maintenance plumbing experience is required

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Quoting experience essential

• A minimum of 5+ years of quoting experience is required

• Experience using Simpro or equivalent job management software

• Experience with Simpro job management software is preferred

• A fast learner who can adapt quickly to changing environments and situations

• Ability to diagnose and problem-solve effectively

• Understanding of OHS and compliance requirements

• Current manual driver's licence
