With over 500 team members and 30 years of growth behind us, we're a serious operation — and we're looking for a serious Used Car Manager to match.

We don't just want someone to manage the yard. We want someone who loves used cars, knows how to build a department culture, and gets genuinely fired up when the right car lands at the right price.

About the Role

You'll take ownership of used vehicle operations at one of our high-performing locations. That means stock, people, margins, presentation and the customer experience, all of it.

You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, the support of a strong leadership team, and a real platform to prove what you can do.

This is a role for someone who leads from the front, not the back office.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading, coaching and holding your sales team accountable — daily
Driving stock acquisition strategy, pricing and inventory turn
Managing aged stock, GP targets and KPI reporting
Setting the standard for vehicle presentation and yard standards
Working closely with Finance, Service and senior management to maximise every opportunity
Delivering the kind of customer experience that generates referrals and repeat business

What You Bring

Proven experience as a Used Car Manager or senior consultant ready for the step up
Sharp commercial instincts around stock valuation, margin and turn
Real leadership presence — you set the tone, and your team feels it
Experience in a volume dealership environment (highly regarded)
Current driver's licence and full Australian working rights
