Finance & Insurance Dealership Business Manager

We are currently looking for a driven and motivated Business Manager to join the Kevin Dennis team, working across our Geely, Deepal, Foton, Volkswagen, SKODA and GMSV brands.

Kevin Dennis Motors is a family run business. We have been successfully operating for over 50 years and pride ourselves on providing exceptional services and products.

We operate an exciting new Geely Dealership, emerging Deepal and Foton Dealership leading Volkswagen and Skoda Dealerships, and a flagship GMSV store in our three impressive sites in Deer Park.

About the role:

You will be part of a finance team which reports to the Managing Director. This role is responsible for selling finance and insurance products to customers, while providing an excellent customer service experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maximising the profitable sales of finance and insurance

• Delivering value and an exceptional customer experience as an integral part of the Sales Process

• Building and maintaining relationships with customers and team members

• Developing your knowledge of our brands, products & services

• Accurately completing compliance duties as required

Key qualifications and essential requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in financial or lending services

• Minimum 1-2 years of financial services experience

• Strong negotiation, influencing and closing skills

• Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships

• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

• Ability to work autonomously and driven by results

• Professional, positive and proactive attitude and approach to your work

• Automotive finance experience preferred
