Autobody Prestige Smash Repairs is a leading smash repair workshop located in Maribyrnong. We pride ourselves on high-quality workmanship, outstanding customer service, and a strong local reputation. We are now looking for a dedicated Content Creator to take charge of our online presence and help elevate our brand to the next level.


About the Role

This is an exciting full-time position for someone who lives and breathes social media, content creation, and brand engagement. You will be fully responsible for planning, creating, and executing our social media strategy across Facebook and Instagram.
You will look over see our marketing strategy and presence.

Strengthen our digital presence, creating fresh, engaging, and consistent content that showcases our work and drives customer engagement.

This is a "on-site" position, not remote or hybrid,


How you'll make an impact

  • Develop and execute content and social media strategies in line with our goals

  • Support and extend product launches, sales, and brand campaigns

  • Collaborate with influencers, creators, and partners to drive authentic engagement

  • Use data and customer feedback to report on campaign performance, share insights, and recommend improvements.

  • Ensure marketing activities are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope

  • Develop, implement and maintain processes for social community management and escalation


What you'll bring to Autobody Prestige

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field

  • Experience in social media and content management

  • Proven expertise across key platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit

  • Strong understanding of community management and customer engagement tools and best practice

  • Experience working with creators, influencers, agencies, and internal teams

  • Proficiency in planning tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics dashboards

  • Excellent written and visual communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Familiarity with SEO, video workflows, and digital asset systems
