RE3 is an innovative Australian resource recovery company. We recover recyclable resources from landfill-destined construction waste to create better outcomes for our partners, communities and the environment.
We work with contractors, transporters, consultants, developers and site owners to manage waste streams safely and sustainably.
As we scale our Victorian operations, we are seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Commercial Operations & Feedstock Manager to grow RE3’s Victorian feedstock pipeline, drive volume conversion and maximise utilisation of our processing assets.
This pivotal role focuses on maximising plant utilisation, coordinating material flows and converting opportunities into receipted and invoiced tonnes. The role includes a performance-based incentive structure that rewards successful volume conversion and operational outcomes.
This is not a traditional administration role.
You will become the central coordination point between customers, transporters, allocators, consultants, laboratories, site operators and the RE3 commercial team.
Your role is to ensure material movements progress smoothly from initial enquiry through approval, transport, receival, processing and invoicing.
Success in this role will be measured by pipeline growth, feedstock conversion, plant utilisation and revenue capture.
· Maintain and actively manage RE3’s Victorian feedstock pipeline.
· Identify, qualify and progress new opportunities.
· Follow up customers, transporters and allocators to keep opportunities moving.
· Reactivate dormant opportunities and support repeat business.
· Build and maintain strong relationships across RE3’s customer and partner network.
· Maintain accurate records of opportunities, tonnages and commercial activity.
· Convert approved opportunities into receipted tonnes.
· Monitor approved-but-not-moving opportunities and proactively remove barriers.
· Support achievement of monthly throughput and utilisation targets.
· Coordinate stakeholders to ensure material moves efficiently through the RE3 network.
· Identify and escalate issues that impact feedstock conversion or site utilisation.
· Prepare and progress quotations, acceptance documentation and purchase orders.
· Coordinate waste classification reports and supporting documentation.
· Coordinate transport bookings, delivery references and site instructions.
· Ensure site teams have complete and accurate information before material arrives.
· Support stockpile tracking, material traceability and operational readiness.
· Support tonnage reconciliation, invoicing and revenue capture.
You are organised, commercially minded and comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once.
You enjoy building relationships, solving problems and driving outcomes. You are proactive, persistent and willing to pick up the phone to follow up opportunities, customers and transporters.
You may currently work in:
· Waste management
· Resource recovery
· Quarrying

· Performance-based bonus structure.
· Opportunity to help build and grow RE3’s Victorian operations.
· Exposure to major infrastructure, environmental and resource recovery projects.
· A collaborative and entrepreneurial team environment.
· Career growth opportunities as RE3 expands nationally.
If you are looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact, build industry relationships and play a key role in growing a rapidly expanding resource recovery business, we’d love to hear from you.
