Property Manager – Property Management Agency

We are seeking a full-time Property Manager to join our busy property management agency.

This role is Monday to Friday and would suit someone with experience in the property management industry who is looking to join a professional and supportive team environment.

About the Role:

Including, but not limited to:

• Managing a portfolio with administrative support.

• Answering phone and email enquiries

• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors

• Conducting routine inspections, ingoing/outgoing reports

• Dispute resolution and VCAT representation

About You:

• Must hold a current Agent Representative qualification, or higher

• Previous experience in the property management industry preferred

• Mature, reliable, and professional presentation

• Clear and confident communicator

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

• Driver's licence is essential

• Need a sound understanding of Victorian Residential Tenancies Act
