We are seeking a motivated and organised Leasing Consultant to join our friendly team. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow your career within a supportive environment. About the Role

As our Leasing Consultant, you will play a key role in the leasing and on boarding process, ensuring our properties are presented professionally and leased efficiently.

You will work closely with our Property Management team and receive full support and training in the role.

Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Marketing
  • Prepare and upload property advertisements

  • Respond promptly to rental Enquiries

  • Conduct weekly open homes and private inspections.

  • Follow up prospective renters and assist throughout the application process.

Applications & Move-Ins
  • Process rental applications and complete reference checks.

  • Prepare lease documentation.

  • Complete detailed entry condition reports.

  • Coordinate renter move-ins and key handovers.

  • Provide a positive onboarding experience for new renters.

Property Management Support
  • Assist with routine inspections across Gippsland.

  • Support the Property Management team with general administration.

  • Maintain accurate records and database management.

  • Assist with compliance and tenancy documentation.

  • Assist with storage shed move-ins and move-outs.

For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity to manage a small portfolio of residential properties and further develop their career within property management salary by negotiation.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A current Agent's Representative Certificate (essential).

  • Current Police Check (essential).

  • Police Check must be obtained within the last 3 months.

  • Current Victorian Driver's License (essential)

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Excellent organisation and time management abilities.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Professional presentation and a positive attitude.

  • Experience in real estate or property management is highly regarded but not essential.
