We’re seeking a highly organised, detail-driven Retail Operations Coordinator to keep our retail operations running smoothly and support the delivery of our flagship annual retail event on a 5-month contract.
How you will add value:
Manage team cadence (agendas, run sheets, actions, follow-ups)Prepare leadership packs and briefing materialsTrack deadlines, deliverables, and workflow progressCoordinate HALO Ideas submissions and store mail runsSupport end-to-end planning and delivery of the annual retail eventCoordinate awards, reporting, audits, and event materialsProduce high-quality presentations, packs, and collateralMaintain project plans and provide clear progress updatesCoordinate communication across retail teams and stakeholdersEnsure deadlines and commitments are met across all workstreams
About You:
Exceptional attention to detail — non-negotiableProven experience in operations, coordination, or eventsAdvanced Excel skills + strong MS Office capabilityAI-savvy; confident using Microsoft Copilot or similar toolsStrong written communication and polished outputsHighly organised, thrives managing multiple prioritiesConfident working with stakeholders and holding accountability
