Regional Operations Manager – Aged Care

Location: Whittlesea, Donvale, Fitzroy North & Altona North (Roving)
Job Type: Full-time, on-site (Monday–Friday)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead and support multiple residential aged care homes, driving strong clinical, operational and commercial performance.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a hands-on leadership role where you will partner with General Managers to improve occupancy, AN-ACC outcomes, quality compliance and team capability, while leading key operational initiatives.

This role suits a results-driven leader who thrives in a multi-site environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, resident-centred care.

Based in our Central region, you will need a current driver’s licence and vehicle to drive between sites located in Whittlesea, Donvale, Fitzroy North and Altona North five days per week.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with General Managers to achieve operational and clinical KPIs
Drive occupancy growth and admissions performance
Optimise AN-ACC funding outcomes
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards & legislation
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects
Provide on-site support and coaching across homes
Strengthen safety, risk and workforce capability outcomes

About You

AHPRA registration (RN or EEN)
Strong multi-site aged care leadership experience
Deep understanding of AN-ACC & accreditation standards
Proven ability to lead leaders, drive performance and deliver change
Commercial mindset with strong analytical capability
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Requirements

NDIS Worker Screening Check (incl. Police Check)
COVID-19 & 2026 Flu vaccination
Full working rights in Australia
Current Victorian driver’s licence & own vehicle
