Business Operations Manager

Future Kidz Academy is seeking an experienced and highly capable multi-site Business Operations Manager to lead operational excellence across our growing network of early childhood education and care services across Victoria and New South Wales.

This is a key leadership role responsible for supporting high-quality service delivery, strong compliance outcomes, effective team performance, and sustainable business operations across multiple sites. The successful candidate will bring deep experience in childcare service management, a strong understanding of regulatory and legislative requirements, and the ability to drive consistency, accountability and continuous improvement across our services.

All necessary background clearances including police checks, working with children checks, and other relevant screening requirements must be obtained and maintained for this position.

Reporting to the COO, the Business Operations Manager will work closely with Service Managers and service teams to ensure each service operates efficiently, safely and in line with Future Kidz Academy's values and expectations for quality, compliance, financial performance and family experience.
