The Role

• Manage a local and tidy portfolio in the inner northern suburbs of Melbourne all within 5-10km max of the office!
• Conducting inspections & condition reports
• Manage Maintenance
• Liaising with Landlords & Tenants

• $80,000-$100,000 negotiable
• Monday - Friday with flexibility around family

Required

• Min 1-2 years experience managing a residential portfolio
• Current VIC Agents Representative Certificate/Certificate IV
• Reliable car and valid drivers licence
• A team player attitude
• Professional personal presentation
