Experienced Property Manager – Part Time (2–3 Days Per Week)

Hodges Rye is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our friendly and professional team on a part-time basis, working 2–3 days per week.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused property management professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a supportive team.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous property management experience

• A current Agent's Representative Certificate

• A reliable motor vehicle and current driver's licence

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• The ability to work efficiently within a busy team environment

• A professional and proactive approach to client service
