Our projects range from multi‑level basements to large‑scale commercial structures, delivering high quality workmanship for builders and developers across Melbourne.

We are seeking a full time Carpenter/Formworker to join our expanding team, with the role commencing in October 2026.

Position: Carpenter / Formworker (Full Time)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced commercial Carpenter/Formworker who is confident working on structural and basement construction projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical ability, leadership potential and a desire to grow into a Leading Hand or Senior Formworker role.

Key Requirements

· White Card (CPCCWHS1001 – Work Safely in the Construction Industry)

· Certificate III in Formwork/Carpentry, OR

· Minimum 3 years full time experience in commercial carpentry in Australia. Visa sponsorship may be considered for suitable applicants.

Proven experience in:

· Formwork systems

· Steel fixing

· Concrete placement and finishing

· Strong understanding of basement construction, structural works and commercial formwork

Highly Desirable Tickets (Preferred):

· Working Safely at Heights

· Elevated Work Platform (EWP)

· Traffic Management / Control

Skills & Attributes

We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate:

· Strong formwork carpentry skills across commercial and structural projects

· Ability to read and interpret plans

· High attention to detail and quality workmanship

· Strong awareness of OH&S, compliance, and site safety procedures

· Ability to work independently and within a team

· Leadership qualities and willingness to step into a Leading Hand role

· Positive attitude, reliability and strong communication skills

Our pay rates align with Victorian Building & Construction industry standards and are matched to the appropriate Award and EBA classifications for qualified Formworkers and Carpenters. Depending on your experience, skill level and ticketing, you can expect an hourly rate within the typical industry range of approximately $40–$55 per hour plus superannuation.
