Business Analyt (Entry / Junior)

Role Description This part-time, hybrid Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) role at Educación Ejecutiva Ágil en HR is based in Melbourne, VIC, with a mix of on-site work and work from home. The role focuses on supporting senior analysts and business stakeholders in understanding business needs and translating them into clear, actionable requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping and improving business processes, and performing basic data and trend analysis to support decision-making. The Business Analyst will help prepare reports, presentations, and documentation, and assist in workshops, stakeholder meetings, and user acceptance testing. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives and are communicated effectively. Qualifications Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and identify patterns to support business decisions.Foundational knowledge of business analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and solution assessment.Understanding of business processes, workflow mapping, and basic process improvement methodologies.Effective communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to elicit, document, and manage business requirements in a structured and organized manner.Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, or a related field.Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, collaboration platforms) and openness to learning business analysis tools.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a part-time, hybrid environment.Interest in HR, learning, or education sectors is an advantage, as well as any exposure to agile or iterative ways of working.
