Learn more at www.cargill.com Job Purpose And Impact As a Product Line Specialist - Digital, Data & Automation, you will support the development, delivery and continuous improvement of digital, data and AI-enabled solutions across Cargill’s Ag & Trading Australia business. Working at the intersection of business teams and digital platforms, you will help reduce manual and Excel-based work, improve data quality, and enable scalable, repeatable processes. You will play a key role in supporting automation initiatives, dashboards and AI solutions, ensuring they are practical, aligned to business needs, and continuously improved over time. This role is critical in progressing digital capability across the business, ensuring solutions deliver sustained value beyond initial implementation. Key Accountabilities Digital & Automation Delivery - Support the delivery of digital, data and automation initiatives, including implementing small-scale automations to remove manual processes and improve efficiency across teams. AI Solutions & Continuous Improvement - Monitor and support the performance, accuracy and adoption of AI-enabled processes and automation. Contribute to the ongoing optimisation, learning and scaling of AI solutions across the business. Platform Coordination & Prioritisation - Maintain visibility of automation and digital initiatives across the business, supporting prioritisation and helping ensure solutions are scalable, aligned and not duplicative. Innovation & Experimentation - Support the testing of new digital tools, automation concepts and AI use cases through pilots and proofs of concept, helping validate business value and inform scaled solutions. Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with business teams, DT&D and platform owners to deliver outcomes, support adoption of tools and uplift capability in digital, data and automation practices.
