The role involves ensuring smooth onboarding, maintaining hardware inventory, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional IT teams to deliver high-quality services.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain detailed logs of provisioning activities and support tickets.Generate reports on hardware utilization, support metrics, and compliance.Assist users with onboarding and device setup.Track hardware usage and performance throughout its lifecycle.Manage device returns, replacements, and disposal in compliance with company policies.Provide guidance on hardware usage and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to device performance, connectivity, and compatibility.Collaborate with other IT teams for escalations and complex issue resolution.Prepare and configure devices as per organizational standards before deployment.
