Location: Level 4, 306 Little Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000

Employment Type: Full-time (38 hours per week)

Salary: $78,000 – $82,000 + superannuation

To support its growing operations and digital platforms, OZMOBILES is expanding its IT team to maintain system performance, support internal users, and ensure efficient operation of its technical infrastructure.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to):

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and network systems across the business

• Providing technical support to internal staff regarding system, hardware, and software issues

• Diagnosing and resolving technical faults related to desktop systems, mobile devices, and internal IT infrastructure

• Supporting the setup and maintenance of diagnostic tools and testing systems used in device refurbishment processes

• Monitoring system performance and ensuring the efficient operation of applications and IT equipment

• Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of internal networks and system connectivity

• Installing and updating operating systems, applications, and security patches

• Maintaining IT equipment, including troubleshooting and replacing faulty components such as terminals and peripherals

• Assisting in maintaining website functionality and supporting minor updates where required

• Maintaining accurate records of system issues, resolutions, and technical documentation

• Ensuring compliance with IT security procedures and company policies

• Liaising with external IT service providers where necessary

Skills and Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Information Technology or a related field (Diploma level or above)

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in ICT support or a similar role

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and network fundamentals

• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support

• Familiarity with system installation, software configuration, and maintenance

• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks efficiently

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
