Software Enginer (Hybrid, Entry-Level)

We are seeking an entry-level Software Engineer for a part-time hybrid role based in Melbourne, VIC. The position involves collaborating on the development and maintenance of software solutions, focusing on back-end web development, programming, and software system functionality. The role allows a combination of in-office work and some remote work flexibility. Key responsibilities include coding, debugging, and participating in the design and deployment of software solutions to support various business functions.

• A strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development
• Knowledge of Back-End Web Development and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
• Proficiency in Programming and related technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Understanding of urban planning or architectural software and processes is a plus
