This is a part-time, entry-level Business Support Officer role based in Melbourne, VIC, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Support Officer will provide day-to-day administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records. The role will assist with basic finance-related tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and supporting budget monitoring under guidance.
Responsibilities also include responding to internal and external enquiries, coordinating team communications, and supporting small projects or process improvements. The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
