The Role

The Ecommerce Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management, optimisation, and execution of the Offroad Industries ecommerce experience across our Shopify store.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone early in their ecommerce career who has a strong foundation in Shopify, attention to detail, and an interest in the 4x4 or automotive space. You will work closely with marketing, operations, suppliers, and external partners to ensure our online store runs smoothly and performs at a high level.

Key Responsibilities
Website & Shopify Management
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify store, ensuring all content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimised.

  • Manage and liaise with Full-time Shopify Developer & Graphic Designer

  • Maintain product listings, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, imagery, and metadata

  • Manage collections, navigation, filters, and on-site search functionality

  • Support SEO best practices across product and category pages

Product & Inventory Coordination
  • Assist with product uploads, updates, and launches in line with go-to-market timelines

  • Ensure all SKUs are set up correctly, including variants, pricing, and supplier details

  • Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to maintain accurate inventory and product data

  • Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve inconsistencies or errors

EDM & Marketing Support
  • Assist in the coordination and briefing of EDM campaigns (e.g. via Klaviyo or similar platforms)

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign execution, promotions, and product launches

  • Support content updates aligned with marketing initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and sales events

Dealer Network Support
  • Support the management and coordination of the dealer network from an ecommerce perspective

  • Ensure dealer-related products, pricing, and information are accurate and up-to-date

  • Assist with communication and coordination between internal teams and external dealer partners

Third-Party & Supplier Management
  • Liaise with third-party partners, platforms, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of ecommerce initiatives

  • Assist in onboarding new suppliers and integrating their product data into the platform

  • Maintain strong working relationships with external stakeholders

Performance & Optimisation
  • Monitor website performance using Shopify and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)

  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rate, user experience, and site performance

  • Assist with testing new features, tools, and site updates (UAT)

  • Support reporting on ecommerce performance, insights, and opportunities

Skills & Experience
Essential
  • 2-3 years' experience working on the Shopify platform (MUST)

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and online retail fundamentals

  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and execution

  • Experience coordinating with third-party partners and suppliers

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Clear communication and ability to work cross-functionally

Desirable
  • Experience assisting with EDM campaigns and email marketing platforms

  • Basic understanding of SEO and e-commerce analytics tools

  • Experience in a retail, automotive, or e-commerce-driven business

  • Interest or understanding of the 4x4 / off-road industry (highly regarded)
