About the Role

As our Sales Business Partner, you’ll be the liaison between our visitors, trade partners, and internal teams; assisting the sales team to drive visitation, leading a team, and ensuring every guest experience is exceptional.

You will lead and inspire a reservations and customer service team of 4–6 people, while building strong and productive relationships with trade partners and key stakeholders. Playing a key role in driving sales performance, you will identify upselling opportunities and use data and insights to spot trends and continuously improve outcomes. Above all, you’ll help deliver seamless, memorable experiences for visitors from across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and support a high-performing reservations and customer service team, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional visitor experiences
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring enquiries (phone, email and in person) are handled professionally and efficiently
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with visitors, trade partners, and key stakeholders to drive satisfaction and repeat business
  • Monitor visitor capacity, trends, and market segments to inform planning and optimise outcomes
  • Analyse sales and visitation data, preparing reports and providing insights to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share visitor insights and operational updates
  • Support the implementation of trade partner agreements
  • Manage and oversee trade partner systems and databases
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing performance development of team members
  • Ensure high standards of service delivery, compliance with policies, and continuous improvement across systems and processes
  • Act as a key contact for resolving partner and customer issues, improving response times and service quality

With excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, you enjoy working with diverse stakeholders and take pride in delivering seamless, memorable service to every customer.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, tourism, reservations, or customer service environments
  • A strong track record in leading teams and driving performance
  • Confidence working with a booking system, reporting, and data insights (CustomLinc desirable)
  • A natural ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
