We are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive workplace where diversity is valued, growth is encouraged, and everyone is empowered to contribute.
Our team works across a variety of disciplines united by a shared commitment to conservation, exceptional visitor experiences, and meaningful partnerships. Join us and contribute to an organisation that is both purpose-driven and people-focused.
About the Role
As our Sales Business Partner, you’ll be the liaison between our visitors, trade partners, and internal teams; assisting the sales team to drive visitation, leading a team, and ensuring every guest experience is exceptional.
You will lead and inspire a reservations and customer service team of 4–6 people, while building strong and productive relationships with trade partners and key stakeholders. Playing a key role in driving sales performance, you will identify upselling opportunities and use data and insights to spot trends and continuously improve outcomes. Above all, you’ll help deliver seamless, memorable experiences for visitors from across the globe.
