We are seeking a IT Business Systems Analyst to join our team full time who will be working onsite in Melbourne CBD. Reporting to the Business Systems Team Lead, you will be providing business/systems analysis services and advice on complex issues relating to Data platforms.

Responsibilities:

Creating Epic and Jira Stories against the use case and requirements.
Analysing existing use case documents to create stories to align development for new system.
Organising Journey walk-through of stories and mapping of stories to Accept criteria to apprehend coverage.
Documenting technical specifications.
Writing the technical road-map from the as-is state to the to-be state.
Document such changes, and write and communicate user stories as necessary.
Demonstrated craft to translate complex business requirements into product requirements /user stories

You will have the following skills/experience:

Bachelor degree in IT preferred
At least 2 years experience in a similar role
Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management and process mapping
Experience in writing - business and functional
Project Management experience would be viewed favourably
Excellent communication skills
