About the Role


Working in a people focused, high-performing team, you'll be the integral support to a small team of consultants, managing and coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, driving operational efficiency, liaising between candidates and clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service and candidate experience. As a people -centric person who loves interaction and variety, your days will be busy and interesting as you pitch in administratively to support recruitment assignments and client engagement activities: 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare proposals, briefing documents and shortlist summaries
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communications and follow-ups
  • Manage reference checks, probity checks and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate psychometric assessments
  • Support contractor onboarding and off-boarding processes
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure weekly compliance checks
  • Assist with invoice follow-ups
  • Proactively engage with active and passive candidates
  • Support ongoing talent pipeline management
  • Act as a first point of contact for candidates
  • Provide diary management and scheduling support
  • Coordinate interviews and meetings
  • Deliver timely and professional feedback
About YouWe're looking for a bright, super organised and flexible administrator / coordinator with great attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow in a vibrant industry.  At least several years of work experience in a corporate office environment is essential. Of equal importance, will be your exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. HR or Recruitment sector experience will be advantageous, as will a diploma or degree in a business or HR related subject.
