• Source, screen, and place candidates to meet client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Coordinate daily rostering, payroll, and compliance processes.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every touchpoint.
• Maintain accurate and compliant recruitment documentation.

• Recruitment, client-facing sales, or business development experience (highly regarded).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and a true team player.
• A solid understanding of recruitment and employment legislation (preferred).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
