Sabre Cafe in Port Melbourne is looking for a reliable Barista / All-Rounder to join our team.

This role offers 6.5 hours of work per day, 5 days per week, with no weekend or public holiday shifts, commencing at 7:00 am.

Above-award pay rates will be offered to the successful candidate.

The role involves:

• Making coffee and maintaining consistent quality

• Preparing sandwiches and light food items

• General cleaning and maintaining a tidy workspace

• Assisting with other café duties as required

Applicants should be comfortable handling approximately 100 takeaway coffees per day, with potential surges during peak hours. Consistency and efficiency are essential.

Applicants are required to have knowledge of adjusting grinders and other essential coffee equipment to ensure consistent coffee quality.

Punctuality and reliability are key qualities we seek. The successful applicant must also be capable of multitasking and supporting the team when required.
