What you'll be doing

1. Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests

2. Taking food and beverage orders, delivering meals and drinks, and ensuring timely service

3. Assisting with bar operations, including mixing cocktails, pouring wines, and maintaining a well-stocked and organised bar

4. Maintaining a clean and organised dining area, including setting and clearing tables

5. Answering customer inquiries and addressing any concerns or requests

6. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service

7. Following all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for our customers

What we're looking for

1. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour

2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment

3. Good knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail preparation

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. A keen interest in the hospitality industry and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
