As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will work within the Food and Beverage Team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of Langlands Restaurant & Bar and event space ‘Bellarine’, delivering personalized service and demonstrating strong menu knowledge.

• Creating warm, genuine and memorable guest experiences through personalized service
• Anticipating guest needs and adapting service style to suit a range of dining occasions
• Guiding guests through menu and beverage selections with confidence and product knowledge
• Enhancing the guest experience through considered recommendations that drive average check value
• Taking ownership of a service section and supporting the team where necessary

• Experience as a Section Waiter within a restaurant dinner service
• Created memorable experiences for guests
• Genuine passion for hospitality and drive to acknowledge service
• Confident in recommending and upselling food and beverage pairings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and adapt to different customer needs
• Proactive problem solving and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
• A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate

Relevant experience working in a restaurant environment, strong service skills, and completion of a Victorian RSA certificate.
