We’re Hiring – Casual Baristas

 

Bean & Gone Espresso are looking for Casual Baristas to join their crew. We’re looking for an experienced and friendly barista to provide exceptional coffee and service to our customers. If you’re passionate about coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment this might be for you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·       Confidently prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages

·       Experience in fast paced environment

·       Confident during morning rushes

·       Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere

·       Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station

·       Support team members to ensure smooth operations

Ideal candidate:

 

·       Previous experience as a barista

·       A passion for coffee and creating great customer experiences

·       Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Must be a team player

·       Friendly

·       Positive attitude

·       Willingness to learn

Weekend availability is a must. Our operating hours are from 5.30am - 3pm.
