We're looking for an experienced Barista / Supervisor to join the team at Banksia Burwood.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves great coffee, enjoys leading from the front and takes pride in creating exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll be doing:

• Making consistently great coffee

• Leading shifts and supporting the team

• Delivering friendly, genuine customer service

• Opening and closing the venue

• Maintaining high standards across the café

• Assisting with day-to-day operations and training junior staff

What we're looking for:

• Previous barista experience in a fast-paced café

• Supervisor or leadership experience preferred

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to stay calm under pressure

• A team player who leads by example
