You will be responsible for not only the day to day running of the office, but will also provide pivotal support to our Sales team.

Duties

• Manage a diverse workload

• Directing calls to appropriate area

• Listing properties via different channels and creating marketing assets for print and online media

• Processing agency agreements / property files / exchanges / marketing / settlements

• Ensure all meetings/meeting rooms are prepared for clients

• Stationery orders

• Reporting, filing and record keeping

• Maintaining, monitoring and updating office compliance

• Assisting sales and admin staff with general services and help desk enquiries

• Responsible for the presentation and maintenance of the office

Skills and experience

• Previous admin experience is essential

• Computer literate

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Outstanding customer service skills

• High attention to detail with ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Well-presented, excited and enthusiastic. Attitude is everything
