Barista – Fast-Paced Hospital Café

The Role

Schedule: Monday to Friday full time hours with occasional weekend shifts
Start Date: Immediate start available for the right candidate

What You’ll Do

Dial in the grinder and maintain consistent, high-quality extraction throughout the day.
Manage high-volume orders with speed and accuracy.
Provide warm, empathetic customer service to hospital staff and visitors.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards.
Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 2 years minimum proven experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment.
Efficiency: Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Reliability: Punctuality is a must for our mid-day and evening service.
Communication: Fluent English and great interpersonal skills.
