We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Casual Barista to join our café team in Mordialloc. As the face of our coffee experience, you will deliver consistently high-quality beverages while creating a warm, welcoming environment for every customer.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing and serving high-quality espresso-based coffee, teas and specialty beverages
• Delivering friendly and efficient customer service in a fast-paced café environment
• Maintaining consistency in coffee quality, presentation and service standards
• Supporting front of house operations and assisting with daily café service
• Handling POS transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards
• Assisting with stock control, restocking and monitoring supplies
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

About you

You will be someone who thrives on creating great customer experiences and takes pride in every cup you serve.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Previous barista or café experience preferred
• Strong coffee knowledge and passion for quality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• A positive, reliable and team-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends

Requirements

• Food Safety (HLTFSE001) and First Aid (HLTAID011) certifications, or willingness to obtain
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• Working with Children Check
• Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
• Full working rights in Australia
