We’re looking for an experienced Full-Time Barista for our Fornoria Department who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a high-energy environment. If you love coffee, people, and being part of a supportive team — this could be your perfect fit.

Please note: This role requires consistent full-time availability and is not suitable for students.

About the Role |

You’ll be responsible for delivering consistently excellent coffee and customer experiences every shift.

• Prepare and serve high-quality barista made beverages
• Create outstanding, friendly customer interactions
• Take orders and operate the POS/register
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming Fornoria environment
• Operate, maintain, and care for espresso machines and equipment
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume service setting

About You |

• 2+ years’ barista experience in a busy café environment
• Passion for coffee and continuous learning
• Calm and efficient under pressure
• Friendly, positive, and genuinely customer-focused
• High attention to detail and presentation
• Reliable with consistent full-time availability, including weekends and public holidays
