We are looking for passionate cooks and chefs to join our growing team across all Lucas venues and all levels, including pastry.

• Demonstrated experience as a cook or chef in a high‑volume restaurant or fine‑dining venue
• Sushi, wok, pizza, and pastry experience highly regarded
• Strong understanding of food safety standards
• Resilient and able to perform in high‑pressure service periods
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Full availability and willingness to work a rotating roster that includes openings or closing shifts, weekends, and public holidays
