The Role
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. As a Medical Receptionist at Baycity Dermatology, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and providing outstanding customer service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor

• Manage patient appointments and schedule consultations

• Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries

• Process patient information and maintain accurate records

• Assist with billing, invoicing, and processing payments

• Ensure the waiting area and reception desk are tidy and presentable

• Coordinate with medical professionals and administrative staff

• Perform other administrative duties as required

About you

You will enjoy working independently as well as being part of a busy team and have an interest in the medical industry. As an experienced Receptionist, you will be the primary point of patient contact for all administrative matters. 

You should also possess the following skills and attributes:

• Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role

• A friendly and outgoing demeanor 

• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

• Willingness to learn and grow with our business

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A compassionate and patient-focused attitude
