Shine Skin & Body is seeking a passionate and experienced Skin / Dermal Therapist or Clinic Manager to join our supportive, high-performing team in Richmond.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a respected, results-driven clinic known for advanced skin correction, exceptional client care, and a holistic approach to skin health.

For the right candidate, there is also an opportunity to step into a Clinic Manager leadership role, mentoring and supporting a passionate team within our thriving clinic.

• Therapist Role: $34–$42 per hour + Super.
• Clinic Manager Role: From $40+ per hour + Super.
• Uncapped commissions and bonuses.
• Top therapists currently earning $600+ per month in commissions (FT equivalent).
• Premium rates for highly experienced candidates.

About You

Essential Requirements:

• Diploma Qualified Beauty Therapist.
• Minimum 3 years’ clinic/salon experience.
• Advanced treatment experience including IPL / Laser (non-hair removal), Skin needling, Chemical peels.
• Strong knowledge of skin physiology and skin conditions.
• Excellent communication and client education skills.

For Clinic Manager Applicants:

• Minimum 2 years’ management experience within beauty, skin or aesthetics.

Highly Regarded:

• Dermal Therapy qualifications.
• Strong extraction and acne treatment experience.
• Leadership and mentoring skills.
