About The Opportunity

You will be working in a medium-sized, fast-paced dental practice that expects its employees to be reliable, take initiative, be hardworking, and be strong team players.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Greet and assist patients in a warm, friendly manner
• Manage appointment schedules (D4W) and patients' records
• Assisting dentists, hygienists and therapists with a variety of dental procedures

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• 6+ months of experience in the dental industry
• Strong computer skills and experience using HICAPS and D4W (desirable but not essential)
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, ability to multitask
• A willingness to be a team player who demonstrates a good work ethic
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
