This well-established allied health organisation delivers community-based care across Australia’s east coast and has a strong, connected culture. With around 90 clinicians (OTs, Physiotherapists and Podiatrists), they’re known for accessible leadership, regular check-ins, and a supportive team environment.

The Melbourne OT team includes around 10 OTs across different regions, with consistently strong referrals, particularly through the west and south-west.

About the Role:
This is a fully mobile, community-based role supporting adults in their homes. There’s no clinic requirement and you can complete admin and reporting remotely.

Core areas include

ADL and functional assessments in the home environment
Home modifications (minor and major recommendations)
Equipment prescription and functional support at home
Older adults and community-based care (with a non-NDIS focus available)

This role will suit an OT who is proactive and confident working autonomously, while still wanting strong clinical and admin support behind the scenes.

What’s On Offer:

$90,000 to $105,000 + super
Part-time preferred (ideal 3 days per week), full-time considered
No weekends and flexible hours (great for parents and carers)
Typical utilisation 80 to 85%, with admin time built in
Travel reimbursement: 88c per km, no cap
$1,000 PD allowance (pro rata) + monthly online internal PD
Strong onboarding: day 1 face-to-face orientation & shadowing
Dedicated OT Team Lead, direct support line, and full admin team
Option to focus on assessments only (no ongoing therapy if preferred)

Key Requirements

AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
Minimum 2 years post-graduate OT experience (not suitable for new grads)
Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
