This well-established allied health organisation delivers community-based care across Australia’s east coast and has a strong, connected culture. With around 90 clinicians (OTs, Physiotherapists and Podiatrists), they’re known for accessible leadership, regular check-ins, and a supportive team environment.

The Melbourne OT team includes around 10 OTs across different regions, with consistently strong referrals, particularly through the west and south-west.

About the Role:
This is a fully mobile, community-based role supporting adults in their homes. There’s no clinic requirement and you can complete admin and reporting remotely.

  • Home modifications (minor and major recommendations)
  • Equipment prescription and functional support at home
  • Older adults and community-based care (with a non-NDIS focus available)

What’s On Offer:

  • $90,000 to $105,000 + super
  • Part-time preferred (ideal 3 days per week), full-time considered
  • No weekends and flexible hours (great for parents and carers)

  • Travel reimbursement: 88c per km, no cap
  • $1,000 PD allowance (pro rata) + monthly online internal PD
  • Strong onboarding: day 1 face-to-face orientation & shadowing
  • Dedicated OT Team Lead, direct support line, and full admin team
  • Option to focus on assessments only (no ongoing therapy if preferred)
