About the role
The Process Engineer is responsible for supporting large-scale projects and supporting major customers within the pharmaceutical industry, to deliver life-saving medicines. The role supports project delivery from concept through installation and commissioning, ensuring efficient, high-quality engineering solution.
Your Responsibilities
Perform project related tasks such as process design, procurement support, construction supervision and commissioning / qualification activities.
Assisting clients with process & control monitoring/optimisation of processes within a cGMP regulated industry.
Contribute to commissioning and qualification activities.
Collaborate design and commissioning activities between multiple engineering and quality teams
Participate in internal design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements during all phases of assigned projects.
Liaises and actively engage with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project's requirements.
Carry out assigned process-related improvement projects, based on applicable standards, such as S88.
When working on a client site, supply daily operational support as required to maintain short, and long-term, facility performance and efficiencies at required levels.
Troubleshoot technical processing issues, investigate failures and incidents to determine the root cause
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with focus on process engineering, pharmaceutical
environment, or qualification.
Process engineering experience in the pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry.
Familiarity with design codes and standards.
Self-motivated with energy and a positive, analytical mindset with high attention to detail and able to find the root cause.
Strong communication skills with customers, design teams, contractors, and management.
Good problem solving and time management skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and agendas.
Ability to maintain performance level and work standards during implementation phases on client sites.
Proven ability to work as a team player in multi-discipline teams, sharing knowledge and ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
Full work rights in Australia.
