🏡 Role Responsibilities

As an Aged & Disability Support Worker, you may assist participants with:

• Personal care and daily living activities

• Community access and social engagement

• Transport to appointments and activities

• Household tasks and domestic assistance

• Building independence and life skills

• Emotional support and companionship

• Working towards individual NDIS goals

✔ Essential Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

🔹 Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

🔹 Current National Police Check

🔹 Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

🔹 Valid Australian Driver's Licence

🔹 Reliable vehicle and own transportation

🔹 Smartphone with internet access

🔹 Strong communication skills

🔹 Professional and reliable work ethic

⭐ Preferred (But Not Essential)

• Previous Disability Support experience

• First Aid & CPR Certification

• Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services, Nursing or related field

• Experience supporting participants with diverse needs
