The Role
Due to continued growth and expansion of our business, we are looking for experienced Industrial Operators to join our growing team. Successful candidates could be based in our Deer Park, Geelong or Keysborough depot and will join a tight knit, established team.
Working in Melbourne and surrounding areas, this position will work on a variety of construction and site-based projects.
The role of an Industrial Operator will suit an individual who is hard working and enjoys working outdoors, this role is around 20% driving and 80% on the tools.
Role requirements:
Driving HR Truck
Carry out Confined Space Entry Works
Use of High Pressure and Ultra High Pressure with pressure up to 40,000 psi
Tank Cleaning activities
Non-destructive digging with high pressure water to safely locate underground services
Drain cleaning
Work independently and in line with all safety guidelines to highest possible efficiencies
Liaise and assist clients on site as required ensuring they receive a first-class service from the QEST team
Complete relevant paperwork for each job
Adhere to all Company and legislative WHS policies and procedures
Ability to work extended hours and weekends if required
About You
To be successful in this role, candidates will have:
Around 4 years relevant experience working in a similar role (not mandatory).
White Card.
Heavy Rigid Drivers Licence.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and pass any/all random drug and alcohol tests.
