We're a well-established, family-run residential building company with other 40 years of experience delivering high-quality homes across the region. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Construction Estimator to join us full-time at our Geelong office.

The role

Completing all building estimating requirements for custom home builds
Creating Bill of Ouantities (BOQs)
Preparing take-offs to determine material and labour budgets
Maintaining estimaitng systems and supplier pricing data
Overseeing all documentation to contractors/suppliers

About you

2+ years' experience in residential estimating
Solid understanding of Australian building standards
Proficiency with estimating software
Detail-focused and confident working to tight deadlines
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a growing team
