We serve NDIS participants with Agency Managed, Self‑managed, and Plan Managed plans, emphasizing person‑centered care and ongoing service enhancement. We are committed to delivering exceptional support to NDIS participants, including those with significant and challenging behaviors. We are currently hiring full‑time team members in Melbourne, Victoria.

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Supporting mobility and transfers, including help with walking or using mobility aids.
• Administering medications as prescribed and monitoring for any side effects or reactions.
• Ensuring medication schedules are followed and maintaining accurate records.
• Observing and recording changes in health status, including vital signs and physical condition.
• Reporting any concerns or changes in health to medical professionals or family members.
• Performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and laundry.
• Assisting with meal preparation and ensuring a nutritious diet is maintained.
• Providing emotional support and companionship to enhance the client's quality of life.
• Engaging clients in social activities and hobbies to promote mental well‑being.
• Helping clients with physical exercises and activities to maintain or improve mobility.
• Assisting with the use of mobility aids like wheelchairs, walkers, or canes.
• Keeping accurate records of care provided, including any changes in client needs or behavior.
• Completing required documentation and reports in a timely manner.
• Ensuring a safe living environment by identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
• Responding to emergencies, including administering first aid if necessary.
• Advocating for the client’s needs and preferences in their care plan.
• Coordinating with healthcare professionals, family members, and other support services.
• Participating in ongoing training and career development to stay current with best practices in aged and disability care.

• Minimum Certificate III in Disability / Individual Support / Mental Health (or equivalent).
• Medication Administration Accreditation.
• First Aid & CPR.
• NDIS Worker Screening.
• Manual Handling Training (desirable).
• CPI / MAPA / Mental Health First Aid (desirable).
• Additional trainings such as WHS / PEG / Bowel / Diabetes (advantage).
• 100Points ID.
• Driver’s License.

• Flexible hours available.
• 1 year of relevant work experience required.
• Work visa can be provided.
• Expected start date: 23 September 2024.
• Expected salary: AUD74,000 – AUD80,000 per year.

Honorable salary range is AUD74,000 to AUD80,000 per year.
